A real estate website has one job, and it is not looking impressive. It is turning the person who found your listing into a booked viewing before they go back to the portal and click the next agent. Almost every property site we are asked to fix fails at the same three points: it loads slowly on the phone where the traffic actually is, the enquiry form is hidden on a contact page, and nothing that arrives is connected to a CRM.
We build both halves of the fix. The design side makes a listing feel like what it costs, so the price stays believable. The engineering side keeps the site fast as inventory grows, syncs listings instead of asking someone to type them twice, and puts every enquiry into your CRM with the source and the listing attached.
Two things we will say plainly. We do not build mobile apps, because a fast mobile website reaches every buyer without asking them to install anything. And you own the code, the domain and the hosting when we hand over. Nobody should be locked into an agency by their own website.
