Real Estate Web Development

A property website is not a brochure with a form on it. It has to hold live inventory, survive a traffic spike when a launch goes out, push every enquiry into your CRM within seconds, and keep working when your portal changes its feed format. That is engineering, not design.

We build the layer under the design. Fast, secure, integrated, and boring in the way infrastructure should be boring.

The problem it removes

Most agency built property sites break in the same three places. Enquiries arrive as emails nobody files, so leads die in an inbox. Listings are hand entered twice, once on the portal and once on the site, so they drift out of sync. And the site slows down as inventory grows, because nobody planned for the hundredth listing.

The other failure is quieter. When the site is not connected to anything, you lose the data. You cannot tell which listing drove the enquiry, which source converts, or what your website is actually worth.

What we build for you

The technical foundation for a property site that stays fast, stays in sync, and reports on itself.

  • Static or server rendered pages so listings load fast and Google can read them
  • One source of truth for inventory, so a price change updates everywhere at once
  • Enquiry forms wired straight into your CRM with source, listing and timestamp attached
  • Portal and feed integration where an API exists, so listings are not entered twice
  • Instant reply and calendar booking connected to the form, not bolted on later
  • Analytics and schema markup set up on day one, not retrofitted six months in
  • HTTPS, backups, and a deployment your team cannot accidentally break

How it works

  1. 1

    Map the data

Where do listings live today, what does your CRM expect, and which portals matter. Everything downstream depends on getting this right.

  2. 2

    Build the inventory layer

One structured source for properties. Add a listing once and it appears on the site, the sitemap and the feed.

  3. 3

    Wire the enquiry path

Form to CRM to instant reply to calendar, tested end to end with real submissions before launch.

  4. 4

    Launch and watch

We monitor speed, errors and form delivery for the first weeks, because a silently broken form is the most expensive bug a property site can have.

What changes for your business

  • Every enquiry lands in the CRM with its source and listing attached
  • Listings are entered once and stay in sync everywhere
  • The site stays fast as inventory grows from ten listings to a thousand
  • You can finally answer which page and which source produced the deal

Frequently asked questions

What do you build it with?

Usually Next.js with a headless content layer, hosted on a CDN. The specific stack matters less than the requirements it has to meet, speed, search visibility and integration. We will explain the choice rather than hide it.

Do you build mobile apps too?

No. We build websites and web apps. For real estate, a fast mobile website reaches every buyer without asking them to install anything, and app development is not a service we offer.

Can it connect to our existing CRM?

In most cases yes. If your CRM has an API or webhook support, we connect directly. If it does not, we can still route enquiries reliably, we will just be honest about the limits before you commit.

Who owns the code and the domain?

You do. Both. We hand over the repository and the hosting access. You should never be locked into an agency by your own website.

What happens after launch?

You can run it yourself, or keep us on a monitoring retainer. Either is fine, and we will not pretend a static site needs a large monthly fee to stay online.
